Hoppers are crispy bowl shaped pancakes that are eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hoppers come in different varieties and can be sweet or savoury.They are a favourite breakfast dish eaten with curries and sambols. Although the traditional preparation method requires a hopper pan on hot coals, they can be made on regular cookers too!
